Ordering Information

All orders are custom made so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your piece of art.
We are happy to accept photos of your design or you may choose one of our patterns. |

We gladly accept payments by personal check, money order,
cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa or through PayPal. Orders can be placed by fax (760-439-2992) email (tom@tomthompkins.com) or by telephone (800-468-0322 or 760-672-7596). All California
residents will pay sales tax of 7.75%. Once we receive this commissioning order from you, someone will call you, usually within
24 hours, to discuss your art work prior to beginning it. |

A deposit of 20% is required at the time your order is placed
and the balance of the full amount is required prior to shipping the finished art piece. Personal checks are accepted
but the finished piece will not be shipped until the bank clears the check (usually within 10 days of receipt of the check).
If paying by credit card, do NOT include your credit card information on the form here. Credit card numbers
will only be taken by telephone and can be given to the person who calls you about your custom design from Tom the Sawyer.
PayPal payments are acceptable and require a verified email address. Only the 20% deposit will be charged
immediately upon commissioning of work on this piece. The buyer will be informed when the art work is complete
prior to shipping, which is via UPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 will be included in the balance due at
completion of the art work and the buyer will receive a shipping confirmation number for tracking purposes.
